Instructions:

Before use, make sure that the tester is in proper working order by testing a known working circuit that is within the rating of this unit. When the tip of the tester lights, it means voltage exists. If there is no indication there could still be voltage present. Do not rely on this unit with shielded wire. Operation may be affected by difference in socket design and insulation thickness and type. 

Warning: 

To avoid possible electrical shock or injury: 

• Do not use if tester appears damaged, the casing is broken or tester can not work normally  
• Do not apply more that rated voltage as marked on the tester 
• Use caution with voltage above 30V ac as a shock hazard may exist
